All Junior Fair exhibitors of finished market beef, market lambs, market hogs, market goats, lactating dairy cattle, lactating dairy goats, turkeys, meat rabbits and meat chickens MUST annually attend an entire mandatory quality assurance education program (one evening session) in Lorain County put on by the LORAIN COUNTY Quality Assurance Team by June 3, 2014, in order to show any of these designated animals in Junior Fair.  The option of testing out is available until 3:00 p.m. on June 3rd.

Office Hours at Lorain County OSU Extension Office
Current office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Closed daily during the lunch hour from 12:00 Noon - 1:00 p.m. Due to limited staffing, off-site programs, staff appointments the office may experience an unforeseen disruption of regular office hours. The office will be closed all day on Friday, July 11th. Wednesday, July 23rd Tattooing - 6:30-7:30 p.m. Clinic - 7:30-8:00 p.m. Show Barn 4 (Cow Palace) Lorain County Fairgrounds, Wellington This is a MANDATORY TATTOOING FOR ALL MEAT RABBITS being exhibited in the Junior Fair. A rabbit clinic will also be conducted and tattooing will be available for non-meat rabbits as well.
