Introducing 4‑H Spark Clubs!

Short-Term Adventures. Big-Time Learning. Endless Fun.

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for youth in our 4‑H community—4‑H Spark Clubs! These short-term, high-energy learning experiences help young people discover what sparks their curiosity through hands-on activities, supportive mentors, and plenty of 4‑H fun.

What Is a 4‑H Spark Club?

A 4‑H Spark Club is a short, project-focused program where youth explore a specific topic or skill in an engaging, low-pressure setting. From robotics to cooking, sewing to gardening, photography to animal science—or something entirely new—Spark Clubs let youth try something exciting without a long-term commitment.

Spark Clubs are:

  • Short-term (typically just a few sessions)
  • Hands-on and activity-driven
  • Focused on a single topic or project
  • Open to all youth—both current 4‑H members and newcomers

Spark Clubs are a great way to “test drive” a project area before enrolling in a year-long experience—or simply enjoy learning something new!
