Here in Lorain County, Kyle White, Community Development Educator, MBA/Area Leader brings over 30 years of experience in Higher Ed, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting.
She is a certified Strengths Finders Coach through Gallup and offers coaching and teaching of the Strengths philosophy to business, agencies and schools. She specializes in teaching grant writing, facilitating groups, needs assessments, team building, coaching, and research. 

Prior to joining Ohio State University Extension Lorain County, Kyle excelled in Health Care Sales, Sales Management and Trade Marketing where she earned numerous awards in leadership and sales.  Her business resume includes Manufacturing, Distribution and Health Care. Kyle brings a high level of commitment and creativity to her work in Community Development.

In her words, she “builds things”.  “I see my job in Community Development as connecting with the community, understanding needs that we can fill through Extension and connecting needs with resources outside Extension.  As an Educator and Leader I emphasize the value of diverse yet cohesive teams and developing a productive, fulfilling team culture.  In my work I employ research based strategies that include studying the facts, outside the box thinking and creative solutions.”

Kyle is a partner working closely with others in the community to identify partnerships, link resources, and resolve the most pressing needs in the county.
