4-H Shooting Sports Project Requirements
- Enroll in a local 4-H Club AND Shooting Sports project
- Contact a County-level Shooting Sports Instructor in your discipline (archery, rifle, pistol, shotgun, etc.)
- Complete and turn in all required forms (below) to a Shooting Sports Instructor at your first practice OR before April 15, 2025 (whichever date is first)
- Complete a required Safety Clinic (will be provided by your county-level instructor)
- Attend a minimum of six (6) official shooting sports practices
- Liability Waiver and Permission to Participate
- Handgun Permission Form
- Ohio 4-H Participant Medical Release
