Looking for grant funding but do not know where to begin?  Join Kyle White, OSU Extension Community Development Educator to learn the basics of the grant writing process including:

  • how funders are structured and why it matters
  • where to start researching
  • how to determine if a funder is a good fit for your organization
  • whether  your organization is grant ready
  • common grant writing traps and how to avoid them

Class 1:  POSTPONED - April 9, using a grant request you have selected and un-der the guidance of the instructor, you will write the draft of the grant proposal. 

Class 2: POSTPONED - April 23, members of the class will critique each others work and finalize their grant proposal. 

The goal is for each member of the class to leave with a completed, ready to submit proposal.  This is a two class workshop. You can select either a morning or afternoon session.   Postponed: Join us on April 9 and April 23 — and look forward to submitting a winning proposal at the conclusion of the class!
